Hyperscale White Space Chilled Water Distribution & CRAH Headers
High-density server hall cooling required massive hydraulic flow within tight spatial clearances under 800mm raised flooring and along overhead seismic ceiling trapezes. The site required zero tolerance for water droplets or particulate debris in active white space zones.
Autonomous 14-man crew led by an English-speaking supervisor translated complex 3D BIM isometrics directly into field assembly. Weldkar crews installed primary supply/return headers, pre-insulated secondary loops, vibration-isolated CRAH connections, and automated balancing valve arrays with laser-verified ±2mm corridor alignment.
Flawless 16-bar hydrostatic pressure testing witnessed and signed off by third-party auditors with zero leaks on first pass. Delivered 4 days ahead of contractor commissioning milestone with zero safety warnings or site red cards.
